Lead - Shift Incharge

Lead and manage end-to-end production activities during the assigned shift Ensure adherence to daily production plans and achieve output targets Monitor and maintain product quality in line with defined standards and specifications Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and drive zero-incident culture on the shop floor Supervise and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores teams for smooth operations Monitor machine performance, downtime, and take corrective actions to minimize lossesEnsure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean practices) on the shop floor Maintain production reports, shift logs, and MIS for performance tracking Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies within the shift team Support audits and ensure compliance with internal systems and statutory requirementsIdentify skill gaps and support skill development of team members
