Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• **Disciplinary** and **functional** **leadership** of the **shift team**, including the **development** and **coaching** of **employees** and apprentices- **Responsibility** for **transport system****s** and **automation equipment** in the 200 mm and 300 mm manufacturing facilities- **Execution** of **IT FAB support** for both production lines, including AMC shutdowns as well as coordination and escalation to on-call support teams- Responsibility for the timely **response** to **disruptions**, including the **initiation** of **appropriate** corrective **actions** (crisis management)- **Ensuring compliance** with occupational **health and safety regulations, security requirements, fire protection regulations and cleanroom guidelines**

The position involves working in a continuous 8-hour shift system in a cleanroom environment. You will work six consecutive days followed by four days off, rotating through two morning shifts, two late shifts, and two night shifts.

In addition, you promote an open culture of communication within your area of responsibility, where questions and information can be shared freely and are viewed as opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• **Completed vocational training** in **Electrical Engineering**, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable field- **At least three years** of **professional** **experience** in maintenance, ideally within the semiconductor industry- Strong **knowledge** of **automation systems** and **control room operations**- **Ability** to **maintain** an **overview** and make sound decisions in complex situations- Excellent **communication** **skills** to ensure close collaboration between office-based and production-line teams- Confident communication skills in both **German** and **English** are **mandatory**
