Records Clerk

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Records Clerk to help maintain accurate and organized company records. You will enter, update, review, and organize information across digital systems and documents while ensuring records are complete and easy to access.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter and update information in company systems

• Review records for accuracy and completeness

• Organize digital files and documentation
• -
• Identify missing or incorrect information and flag it for review

• Maintain accurate records and databases

• Assist with basic document and data verification

• Follow established record-keeping procedures

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous data entry, administrative, records, or customer service experience
• -
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• -
• Good typing and computer skills
• -
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital files
• -
• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks
• -
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• -
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Data entry or records management experience
• -

Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience in food service, healthcare, retail, or administration

COMPENSATION

• $17–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
