Chat Support Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to assist customers through online chat and provide quick, helpful answers to their questions and service requests.
• You will handle multiple conversations throughout the day, resolve common issues, and work with internal teams when additional support is needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer questions through online chat

• Resolve common customer issues and service requests

• Provide accurate information about orders, services, and locations

• Escalate issues that require additional support

• Document customer interactions in company systems
• -
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone across all conversations

• Meet established response and service-quality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• -
• Previous customer service, chat support, retail, hospitality, or similar experience
• -
• Strong written English and communication skills
• -
• Good typing and multitasking skills
• -
• Patient, friendly, and customer-focused approach
• -
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
• -
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• -
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• -
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous chat or online customer support experience
• -
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms
• -
• Food service, hospitality, or retail experience
• -
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

COMPENSATION

• $17–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
