Accounts Payable (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Programming vendor payments to Lerma and Queretaro plant.
• Prepare checks, wire transfers and bank deposits.
• Register expenditures according to procedures.
• Support receivables.
• Check bank accounts ensuring the correct application of accounting movements.
• Check the fixed background of petty cash.
• Account Reconciliation.
• Transfers to payroll and taxes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or finance
• At 2 years of experience in manufacturing experience in automotive industry is preferred.
• English proficiency.

Knowledge in

• Taxes.
• Internal Controls.
• Bank Transactions and Procedures.
• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.

Movements and Banking, SAP

Programming and calculation of cash to meet payments to employees, suppliers, authorities, etc.
