Assistant Analyst - Employee Experience
This role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle. As a Assistant Analyst – Employee Experience within Global HR Delivery, you will support high‑quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong service standards and continuous improvement.
- Manage day‑to‑day administration and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS for new hires, existing employees, and exiting employees.
- Prepare, process, and maintain HR documents and letters using standard templates (offer letters, confirmations, verification letters, etc.).
- Support background verification and reference check processes as per defined guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate employee screening and compliance cases, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
- Review and validate supporting documentation and evidence in line with defined screening and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with employees and stakeholders to obtain outstanding information, documentation, and case updates.
- Identify, document, and escalate exception cases or compliance risks as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, data privacy norms, and statutory requirements.
- Support additional HR operational processes as required.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge or proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong communication with a customer‑centric approach.
- Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail in a process‑driven environment.
- Problem‑solving capability to handle system/data issues or more complex cases (higher levels).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet service-level targets.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend or drive process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Relevant HR operations / HR shared services experience (2-5 years).
- Exposure to global HR processes is an added advantage.
- The employee will be required to support work during UK/US business hours.
