The Role

As a Personal CareWorkeryou’llprovideassistancetoour residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence,interestsand choices.

The key focus of the role will be to

• -
• To provide high quality, safe, andtimelycontemporary personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• -
• Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignity,self-determinationand comfort.
• -
• Assistthe resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
• -
• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
• -
• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
• To be successful, you will have
• -
• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
• -
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• -
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• -
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
