W2 employment | $40 - $54/hour | Flexible Scheduling
(This role is primarily remote; however, hybrid opportunities may be available in certain markets. Candidates must hold a Virginia state license and ideally be located within Virginia.)

- This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

- Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.
⭐ Schedule and flexibility
Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week is required.

⭐What you’ll do
- -
- Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
- -
- Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
- -
- Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
- -
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
- -
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- -
- Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication
- -
- Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
⭐ Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number

Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms

Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings

Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently

Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
