About The Role
Join Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices. As a CRM Engagement Intern, you will support marketing campaigns and transactional communications, conduct A/B testing, and provide support on CRM automation. This is a full-time internship based in Paris, starting in January 2027.
- Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, working closely with our brand, business and design teams.
- Support in brainstorming, implementing and analyzing transactional CRM communication that enhances our existing customer journeys while also building new ones.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations to the team for strategic improvements.
