Financial Analyst

You will provide strong financial and analytical support to your business unit, bridge data insights with decision-making, and support planning and forecasting cycles. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Provide strong financial and analytical support to the business unit or department’s stakeholders, bridging data insights with decision-making. - Support the planning and forecasting cycles for financial and operational business metrics, including revenues, expenses, and KPIs. - Contribute to robust, scalable, and insightful reporting of the business unit or department’s key metrics, proactively delivering intelligence based on data. - Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment - Self-driven mentality, proactively seeking to find solutions to problems and providing the best analytics possible to key decision makers - Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - Sees the headlines or big picture whilst having attention for the details - Experience with SQL and reporting tools - Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences - Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or other related field (preferred) - Ability to understand, work with and proactively advise and influence senior business partners - Familiarity with generative AI and AI-enabled automation, including the use of tools such as Claude Code to build AI agents, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive processes - Advanced knowledge of Excel - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion - High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots and reconcile multiple data sources - 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
