Risk Associate with German

Join Entain, a leading company in sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment. As a Risk Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraud, analyzing customer deposits and account categories, and investigating financial irregularities. You will work in a hybrid environment, with two days in the office.

• Liaise with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care.
• Analyse customer deposits and account categories, to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems.
• Investigate financial irregularities on accounts; Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud.

• Do you have sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge?
• Fluent English and German at business level;
• Are you able to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns?
• Do you have ability deliver feedback?
• Do you have logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach?
• Hybrid working 2 days in office
