Strategic Projects - Manager

Join Karos, a rapidly evolving company in the mobility sector. As a Strategic Projects Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's transformation and performance. Your responsibilities will include tracking the progress of strategic projects, supporting project delivery, and coordinating transversal topics. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's strategy and drive corrective action. • Be responsible for tracking progress of Strategic projects owned by business teams, setting up governance and tools for efficient tracking.
• Support Strategic projects delivery, bringing structure in framing problems, understanding context, defining action plans, and conducting them.
• Coordinate transversal topics when needed, setting up meetings to address them, clarifying objectives, and ensuring alignment.

Must-have

• High autonomy, minimum 2 years of experience
• Consulting experience:

• in particular **PMO / PMI experience** on complex projects
• **Mindset**: you are proactive, have strong ownership on your projects beyond your own responsibilities, you have a structured mind, you articulate your thoughts clearly, you are comfortable in a fast-evolving environment
• **AI leverage**: you use AI tools effectively to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
• **Relationship skills** : ability to engage with stakeholders with various background: ExCom, business teams, technical teams… and build trust
• **Business acumen**: ability to understand business challenges so as to be a partner to main stakeholders, support tracking of progress, identify blockers and what is needed to unlock them
