Supervisor - Sportsbook

Join Hard Rock Biloxi as a Supervisor in the Sportsbook department. In this role, you will assist the Race & Sports Book Manager in daily operations, explain wagering rules to guests, approve wagers, update customer sheets, and monitor all monies being wagered. You will also supervise Mutuel Clerks, maintain knowledge of gaming regulations, handle guest disputes, and assist with employee training and development. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with a high energy level and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Assisting the Race & Sports Book Manager in daily operations and explaining wagering rules to guests.
• Approving over the limit wagers and updating customer sheets while monitoring all monies being wagered.
• Supervising Mutuel Clerks, training and developing employees, and handling guest disputes effectively.
