Food Server - Macau Kitchen

Join the Hard Rock team as a Food Server at Macau Kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing side work, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the venue. You will also assist with opening and closing functions, maintain proper sanitation practices, and uphold the Hard Rock values. Flexibility in hours and shifts is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and basic mathematical abilities.

• Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
• Performs all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items, and cutting lemons.
• Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications, and performs bus person duties to clear tables.
