Legal Intern

Join Bynder, a leading digital asset management platform, as a Legal Intern in our Amsterdam office. This hands-on role offers exposure to legal operations, commercial contract management, and the administrative work of an in-house legal team. • Actively participate in a legal operations project to enhance the quality, structure, and efficiency of the contract repository.
• Audit, process, and maintain legacy and new business customer contracts in Salesforce, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct legal research on various topics, review basic commercial agreements, and support the team with ad hoc legal requests.

• You’re motivated, proactive and independent
• You are already based in the Netherlands
• Fluency in English is required
• One or more prior legal internships, with demonstrable experience supporting contract management, legal operations, and administrative processes. Experience in contract management is a strong advantage
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and consistently ensure that nothing is overlooked
• You need to be available for a full-time or part-time internship for at least 3 months starting October 2026, with the possibility of an extension
• You have a strong understanding of legal terminology and are confident working with contracts, with a proactive and genuine commitment to learning and professional development
• You are currently enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, a Dutch Master's program in Law throughout your internship
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce and Jira; is a strong plus
• A genuine interest in legal AI tools, ideally backed by some practical experience using them
• Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German
