Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building the analytics and data infrastructure for one of our newer business lines. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, design new data models, and communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Construire, maintenir et améliorer les tableaux de bord de production et les pipelines de données d'intégration.
• Concevoir et développer de nouveaux modèles de données, en identifiant les sources de données supplémentaires.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour traduire les questions commerciales en analyses et rapports clairs.

• A proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• A track record of owning and delivering projects end-to-end, ideally with some project management experience
• A collaborative, energetic communicator who works well within a close-knit team
• Strong SQL expertise, with comfort working across large or complex datasets
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a closely related field (6–7 years is ideal)
• Hands-on experience with a BI tool, i.e., Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with consumer credit or lending analytics, ideally from a banking background
• Fintech or SaaS fintech experience is strongly preferred
• Experience integrating AI tools into your day-to-day workflow
• Python or another coding language
• Experience with dbt,Airflow, and Snowflake
