HR Legal & Employee Relations Manager

Join Scaleway, a leading European cloud computing company, as an HR Legal & Employee Relations Manager. In this role, you will lead HR legal topics across Europe, manage employee relations, and provide strategic legal guidance. You will work closely with the CHRO and act as a key legal partner to the HR organization. Your responsibilities will include managing international mobility files, overseeing pre-litigation and litigation cases, and advising leadership on the social climate. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, proven expertise in multi-site management within Europe, and full English fluency.

• Pilot HR implementation for new country openings, including local benchmarks, employment contracts, and social protection compliance.
• Coordinate and challenge external legal counsel and payroll providers across different European regions to optimize compliance.
• Manage international mobility files, including secondments, expatriation, and cross-border recruitment.
