About The Role

Join Novaquark, a leading video game development company, as an Administration & Legal Operations professional. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative and legal matters, manage routine contracts, corporate matters, and various administrative procedures. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position is remote, available for candidates in France only.

  • Assumer la responsabilité des affaires administratives et juridiques quotidiennes de Novaquark et de ses filiales, de l'analyse initiale à la résolution.
  • Rédiger, examiner, négocier et suivre les contrats courants, y compris les NDA, les contrats de fournisseur, les contrats de service et d'autres accords commerciaux non stratégiques.
  • Gérer les affaires administratives et d'entreprise du groupe, y compris les questions bancaires et KYC, les dossiers et la documentation d'entreprise.

Hard skills

  • Mandatory
  • Master's degree in Law, ideally in Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law or a related field.
  • A first significant professional experience, ideally 2+ years, in an in-house legal role or a position combining legal and administrative responsibilities.
  • Good foundations in business and contract law, with the ability to independently draft, review and analyse routine contracts.
  • Ability to research and understand legal or administrative procedures, identify the required steps and determine the necessary documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in document management, deadlines and administrative formalities.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English, in an international environment.
  • Nice to have
  • Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property law, particularly copyright and trademarks.
  • Experience in a tech, digital or video game company.
  • Exposure to corporate and/or international matters, particularly involving subsidiaries.
  • Experience coordinating with external counsel, banks, public authorities, notaries or corporate service providers.
