Operations Associate - 6 months intership

Join Modjo, a company dedicated to transforming the B2B sales profession. As an Operations Associate intern, you'll play a key role in improving operational efficiency, driving communication of company objectives, preparing investor reports, and organizing internal training programs. You'll work closely with various teams and have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

• Identifying manual, recurring processes within the Operations, Finance, Legal, and People teams, and designing and deploying automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Driving the communication of the company's OKRs, challenging OKRs alongside the CEO, and building and maintaining the company's operating calendar.
• Leading the operational organization of the Modjo Academy, coordinating the session calendar, speakers, and materials to deliver a smooth experience for all participants.
