Chief of Staff - 6 months internship

Join Modjo, a company dedicated to transforming the B2B sales profession. As a Chief of Staff intern, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our operations and the quality of life for our teams. You'll work closely with the Operations team and interact daily with every function in the company. This is a paid internship based in our Paris offices, starting in December 2026.

• Identifying manual, recurring processes within the Operations, Finance, Legal, and People teams, and designing and deploying automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Driving the communication of the company's OKRs, challenging OKRs alongside the CEO, and building and maintaining the company's operating calendar.
• Leading the operational organization of the Modjo Academy, coordinating the session calendar, speakers, and materials to deliver a smooth experience for all participants.
