You will also be responsible for improving the member journey, ensuring operational excellence, and managing communications and stakeholder relationships. • Act as a strategic partner and right hand to the Regional CEO for Tide India and the SVP of Member Operations UK/Europe, collaborating closely with top management to understand business objectives and develop strategic plans.
• Drive key initiatives, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of strategic priorities across the Tide Member Operations function.
• Identify critical customer journeys that impact experience and efficiency, conduct deep-dive analysis and root cause investigations to uncover systemic inefficiencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable fixes.
