Freelance Practitioners (Phlebotomy Services) - Cumbria

Join Heim, a leading provider of home healthcare testing services. We are seeking freelance phlebotomists in Cumbria and surrounding areas. As a phlebotomist, you will provide high-quality care to our clients and liaise with our Clinical Operations Team. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, weekly pay, regular supervision and support, in-service training, and opportunities for service development. Applicants must have at least 12 months of phlebotomy experience, a full driving license, and access to their own vehicle.

• Carrying out blood tests requested and booked domiciliary visits, as a lone practitioner with telephone and mobile app support.
• Ensuring that domiciliary blood samples are posted or brought to the hub in time for the courier collection and documenting into the patient’s medical record of blood tests taken.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, and maintaining compliance with all relevant training and participating in development and appraisal.
