Delphi Developer (Sustainability SaaS)

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure product quality, and optimize application performance. • Contribuer au développement, à la maintenance et à la modernisation des solutions logicielles.
• Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les ingénieurs QA et les autres développeurs pour mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Assurer la qualité du logiciel grâce à des revues de code, des tests et le débogage.
• Strong knowledge of Object Pascal and Delphi frameworks
• Ability and experience in implementing efficient, maintainable, and complex algorithms
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
• Experience with Python and C#/.NET is an advantage
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
• Good problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
• Proficiency in English, as it is our working language
• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
