Senior Customer Success Manager (Key Accounts)

Join Global-e, a leading e-commerce platform, as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with key clients, drive revenue growth, and provide strategic insights based on performance and market trends. You will also liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and driving revenue growth.
• Provide clients with strategic insights based on their performances and market trends, and liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams.
• Generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling existing accounts, proactively identifying expansion opportunities.

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and trends to internal and external clients
• At least 3+ years experience in an Account Management or Customer Success Manager role
• With our merchants being located globally, flexibility is required and we may need you to work out of office hours when necessary
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Prior B2B experience in a software, logistics or SaaS company preferred
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferable
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels
• Experience in generating revenue by expanding on an existing book-of-business
