FP&A Manager

Join our team as an FP&A Manager, where you will provide financial leadership to support and challenge decisions related to the profitability and financial health of the company. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and business partnering. Your role will involve reviewing templates, consolidating analysis, and completing complex forecasting. You will also be responsible for regular executive and operational report preparation and analysis, influencing decisions made by leaders across the business, identifying and resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A CPA/CFA certification and proven years of experience in finance or a related field are preferred.

• Consolidate analysis and presentation to enable the budget and forecast process, and complete more complex forecasting.
• Review regular executive and operational report preparation and analysis process for financial and non-financial KPI’s.
• Influence decisions made by leaders across the business and work to understand the business needs.
• CPA/CFA certification preferred
• Proven years experience in finance or related field preferred

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Master's degree (MBA) preferred
