About The Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and support positive customer relationships. Responsibilities

- Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring questions to team members.
- Support promotional and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales opportunities when appropriate.
- Help ensure customers receive timely and professional service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
