**Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care**

**Job Summary**

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate **Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to provide **1:1 private duty nursing** in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

**Client Details**

Our client is a 25 year old male who is non-mobile, stays in a hospital bed in the living room, and requires ongoing trach, ventilator, and g-tube management. He was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy characterized by multiple types of seizures that typically begin in early childhood.

**Key responsibilities include:**

• **Clinical Care:** Main responsibilities will include trach, ventilator, and g-tube management and he has a history of Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.

• **Supportive Family:** The client’s wife is known for being exceptionally kind and easy to work with, fostering a respectful professional atmosphere.
• **Environment:** Very clean, pet free home

**Schedule & Availability**

We are looking to fill the following **6****:00 AM – 6:00 PM** and **6****:00 PM – 6:00 AM** shifts:

• **Every day**

**Responsibilities**

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

**Schedule & Pay**

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay

**Qualifications**

• Active **RN or LPN license** in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

**Patient Population**

• Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
• Adults with complex medical needs
