What you'll do

Own design end-to-end.

Drive projects from ambiguous problems to ship product: research, concept, interaction design, visual craft, prototyping, and iteration after launch.

Move fast and ship often.

Work in tight loops with engineers and PMs to get real things in front of real users, then iterate based on what you learn.

Shape product direction.

Contribute to strategy and elevate our storytelling, not just screens. Help the team decide what's worth building and why.

Talk to users.

Run your own research and usability sessions. Translate messy feedback into sharp design decisions.

Build and evolve our design system.

Create the foundations that let the whole team move faster without sacrificing consistency or quality.

Raise the bar.

Participate in critiques, mentor peers, and push the craft of everyone around you.

What we're looking for

A track record of shipping.

You've 4+ years' experience led meaningful projects with high business impact from zero to launch and can walk us through the decisions you made along the way.

Full-stack design chops.

Strong visual craft—typography, layout, composition—paired with fluency in interaction design and prototyping. Every pixel matter, and so does every click.

First-principles thinking.

You get genuinely curious about user problems and aren't satisfied with the obvious answer.

Strong collaboration and communication.

You can articulate your thinking clearly to designers, engineers, PMs, and leadership—and you know design is a team sport.

Comfort with ambiguity and speed.

You thrive when priorities shift, scope is fuzzy, and the path forward isn't drawn yet.

Mastery of Figma

• and solid prototyping skills (in Figma, code, or whatever gets the idea across fastest).
• Nice to have
• Experience designing for AI-driven products, agents, etc.
• Comfort in code (TypeScript, React) or with AI prototyping tools like Cursor and Claude
