Social Media Executive

Position Overview

SHOTT is looking for a creative, dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and scale our Instagram presence. You will focus on content planning, staying ahead of viral trends, and capturing the high-energy SHOTT experience through short-form video. This role requires regular travel to our Andheri and NESCO centers to shoot on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Reel Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels (BTS, customer testimonials, events, gaming attractions, and employee spotlights).
• F&B Content Styling: Visually capture and style our food and beverage offerings to create mouth-watering, highly shareable aesthetic content.
• Grid Management: Plan and execute a monthly Instagram content calendar with compelling captions and timely posting.
• On-Site Content Capture: Visit Andheri and NESCO hubs regularly for mobile videography/photography.
• Community Engagement: Monitor the feed, actively responding to comments and DMs professionally to boost audience growth.
• Trend & Tech Savvy: Stay on top of shifting Instagram algorithms, trending audios, and viral formats.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in Instagram reach, impressions, and follower count.
• Platform Engagement metrics (Reel views, saves, shares, and comments).
• Consistency and aesthetic quality of food, beverage, and gaming content.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years managing brand Instagram pages and creating Reels.
• F&B Expertise: Proven experience or a good portfolio in food and beverage photography/videography.
• Skills: Expert in mobile videography, lighting, and editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva).
• Logistics: Regular travel between Andheri and NESCO locations.
