Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with management experience to serve as a Medical Team Administrator (MTA) at Butts County Jail in Jackson, Georgia.

What You'll Do

As the Medical Team Administrator, you'll help oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility while providing hands-on nursing care to the incarcerated patient population.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing compassionate, professional nursing care
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Completing assessments, documentation, and follow-up care
Coordinating patient care with the healthcare team
Providing day-to-day clinical leadership and staff oversight
Helping ensure clinical policies and procedures are followed
Supporting staffing, scheduling, and daily medical operations
Communicating effectively with patients, facility staff, and the SHP healthcare team
Serving as a dependable clinical and administrative presence within the facility

QualificationsWhat You Bring

Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
Previous healthcare management or supervisory experience is required
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with the healthcare team
A commitment to treating every patient with dignity and respect
Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
