Objective:

Provide short-term administrative and event support for Adult Ministries. This role will help keep weekly ministry details moving, follow up with people who are looking to get connected, and assist with upcoming campus events.

Essential Job Functions:

Tuesday + Thursday Night Support

Check in on Tuesday and Thursday night groups, classes, and studies
Help make sure leaders have what they need and spaces are ready

Administrative Support

Manage and follow up on connection requests
Help route people to groups, classes, or other next steps
Follow up with leaders as needed
Assist with basic communication, registration, and organizational tasks

Event Support

Assist with planning, preparation, and execution for upcoming campus events, including:

Fall Fest
Vision Night
Veterans Day

Event responsibilities may include:

Coordinating supplies and logistics
Preparing materials and spaces
Communicating with volunteers
Helping with setup and event-day execution

Work Schedule:

13 hours per week.
Schedule TBD by campus.
Position ends on or before December 31, 2026.

QualificationsQualifications:

Organized and dependable.
Comfortable following up with people and keeping track of details.
Proactive and willing to jump in where needed.
Friendly and comfortable interacting with leaders, volunteers, and attendees.
Flexible as weekly needs shift, especially around events.

Every staff member is expected to fully engage in the ministry of the church. This includes attending a weekend service and tithing.
