Your Role
At EIT we are seeking an experienced and detail-orientated Team Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations to our Real Estate and Operations team. This role manages daily operational support to colleagues, manages logistics, upholds process consistency and maintains smooth communication throughout.
Your Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day administrative duties following EIT procedures including but not limited to
- Processing expenses and invoices accurately and on time
- Meet and greet visitors, providing professional and friendly service
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Support travel and event organisation, including catering and bookings
- Manage correspondence, agendas, and documentation
- Maintain team records and assist with onboarding and data entry
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication
Requirements
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Competence with Microsoft 365 and communication tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Together – What It Involves
- You will live in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford (or be willing to relocate).
- Please note this is an office-based role.
- This is a 12-month fixed term contract appointment.
