Graduate Sales Trainee

Job Title: Graduate Sales Trainee (Apprentice) Job Summary: We are recruiting Graduate Sales Trainees (GSTs) for entry-level roles in Bancassurances channel across various regions. GSTs will be recruited as Apprentices and enrolled in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) in compliance with the Apprentice Act, 1961. As part of their training, GSTs will gain valuable industry experience while contributing to our dynamic sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads. Assist in the sales process, including customer interaction, presentations, and follow-up. Participate in product training sessions to enhance understanding of offerings in Bancassurance channel. Help with preparing sales reports and maintaining client databases. Collaborate with senior sales staff to drive growth in various sales channels. Assist in implementing sales strategies, promoting products and services, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Regularly interact with clients to provide excellent customer service and resolve queries. Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and reach. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate from UGC approved Government or Private Colleges. Must have completed the graduation within the last 3 academic years (from FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24).
