Senior Operations Officer

As a Senior Operations Officer , you are r esponsible for ensuring all received tracers pertaining to local and international incoming remittances replied and endorsed to the Branch of Account/RM concern. Responsible in validating float items against transactions under investigation or with tracers. Responsible for processing external and internal reports in accordance with internal policies and procedures as well as external rules and regulations. How you'll contribute Review received tracers from correspondent banks and validates the messages send out to SWIFT. Monitors pending tracers and/or endorsed transactions. Analyses and investigates float items/discrepancies in the Due from FX Banks. Due from BSP or ISA account, advises the unit concerned for their appropriate action and passes the necessary adjustment. Sends tracers to correspondent banks/branches for long outstanding float items/discrepancies to determine their disposition. Assist in authorizing International and local incoming remittances. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in any related field Preferably with work experience in inward remittances or remittance operations Good understanding of banking operations and applicable laws and regulations related to inward remittances Proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems and applications About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
