POSITION TITLE : DEALER COORDINATOR REPORTS TO : DEALER SALES OFFICER DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : N/A UNIT/DEPARMENT : MOTORCYCLE SALES AND DISTRIBUTION – 2 WHEEL FIELD SALES OPERATIONS DIVISION/ GROUP : PRODUCT AND SALES JOB SUMMARY The Dealer Coordinator is responsible for generating 2-Wheel applications from the partner dealers. The Dealer Coordinator should ensure that all dealer related issues are being resolved and addressed on a timely manner. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that given sales targets are achieved / 100% target achievement Assists the customer who applies for a 2-Wheel loan/ Proper endorsement of application from the client’s end Updates the dealers on the status of the loan applications that were endorsed to SBF from time to time. / Zero complaints from dealers on status updates Conducts customer’s briefing during unit release and loan documents signing./ 100% Efficiency on client’s briefing. Zero complaints from clients. Ensures the completion of the documentary requirements needed for booking. No delayed bookings. Timely completion of booking documents Builds and maintains good business relationship with the handled dealers. Zero complaints from Dealers. It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Work Experience: 1 – 4 years Educational Attainment/ Required course ( if applicable) : Vocational/ Secondary Level Graduate Required Certification/ Professional License ( if applicable ): Driver’s License for motorcycle Field of Specialization ( if applicable ): Retail, Sales, Marketing Knowledge and Skills Requirement: With good written and verbal communication skills, Can speak English fluently, With very good coordination skills, a good team player Has experience in the auto or motorcycle industry and coordinating with dealers With motorcycle; knows how to drive motorcycle and with valid Driver’s License.
