· Process Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor production processes, settings, and parameters to ensure quality standards are consistently met (LASER, SPI, AOI,...) Implement process adjustments and troubleshoot production issues to improve FTT · Improve cycle time and OEE / MU · Write new manufacturing/Process instructions · Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and analyze data on process performance, identifying trends and patterns to improve the production process. Report findings to engineering and management teams, suggesting adjustments where needed. Maintain logs and records for compliance with operational procedures and protocols. · Maintenance and Troubleshooting : · Implement newly developed processes into the production · Work out training material to train the operators in process objects Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent unplanned downtime
