Coordinator-Facilities Management Soft Services

Assist the Operations Manager and Account Manager in delivering contractual FM provisions related to Soft Services. To ensure time bound and quality service is offered to customers in line with the contractual requirement. Managing a diverse cleaning team on multiple sites as well as record keeping & Admin activities. This role plays critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of cleaning service, maintaining high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
