Departmental Lead Person

The Plastic Injection Mold Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the injection molding department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This position supervises production personnel, monitors machine performance, coordinates mold changes, ensures product quality standards are met, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The lead works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational objectives and customer requirements.
