Yield Engineer - COX Expansion

Job Summary: Yield Engineer is a technical leader responsible for driving yield improvement and defect reduction across the Chip On Carrier (COC) assembly and test operations. This role applies advanced data analysis, statistical methods, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership to identify major yield loss mechanisms and implement sustainable preventive and corrective actions. This role supports COC product manufacturing processes from new product introduction through high-volume production.
