Job Short Description: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and recovery for Die Attach and Wire Bond equipment to support production. Carry out routine maintenance such as cleaning and machine daily checks according to the maintenance schedule. Replace and verify machine parts, tooling, sensors, and consumables to ensure stable machine performance. Assist in equipment qualification, machine buy-off, and production line setup for new products or processes. Monitor machine performance and respond promptly to alarms, breakdowns, and abnormal conditions to minimize downtime. Support equipment calibration, verification, and basic machine adjustments as required. Work closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production personnel to resolve machine-related issues. Record maintenance activities, machine downtime, and repair history accurately.
