Enterprise Resilience Analyst

The Enterprise Resilience Analyst supports GM Financial's Enterprise Resilience Program by helping identify, assess, and manage resilience risks across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders to develop and maintain resilience policies, standards, and procedures, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, track remediation efforts, and support governance activities across Business Continuity, Technology Resilience, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Resilience. The analyst serves as a key liaison to business partners, helping translate business needs into resilience initiatives that strengthen the organization's ability to prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions while ensuring the continuity of critical operations.
