About The Role

As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for delivering new IT services to the Akamai community. This is through process, procedure, documentation, and service delivery planning. Every project starts somewhere, and you’ll be right on the front lines of emerging IT strategy. You will be responsible for executing essential IT planning, documentation, training, and overall service strategy.
