About The Role
The ADT Collection team is looking for a remote specialist who will provide award-winning customer service while handling a high volume of calls regarding delinquent accounts. We are looking for someone with collections and contact center experience, as well as empathy and an attention to detail. This remote department is closed on weekends and many holidays. This role is scheduled to start on 11.9.26.
