Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for the SpringHill Suites Colorado Springs through proactive sales efforts, account development, relationship management, and strategic market penetration.This role will focus heavily on identifying and securing new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts across key market segments, including corporate, government, military, project and construction, extended stay, and group business.The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing new accounts, and building strong partnerships throughout the Colorado Springs market.
