The Crisis, Outreach, Reduction, and Engagement (CORE) Team Specialist plays a vital role within the Wake County EMS Advanced Practice Paramedic program. CORE Specialists ensure that the highest utilizers of EMS services are identified, connected with appropriate resources and aligned with care that meets their unique needs across the larger healthcare continuum.
