<div>Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop is responsible for providing on-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens. This role is responsible for the completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through the vegetative stage. Main duties include carrying out day-to-day plant care including cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work, and applying pesticides and fungicides. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop maintains quality control measures, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Cresco Labs.</div>
<p><span style="color: rgb(41, 88, 115);"><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
