DevOps Engineer – AWS & Python

Responsibilities Develop, manage, and operate a central cloud hosting platform using a hub-spoke architecture. Optimize and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate environment provisioning. Automate release processes and CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery across environments. Monitor the health and performance of infrastructure and applications to guarantee high availability. Implement and configure security services including identity management, access policies, and compliance controls. Design and execute system failure and recovery plans to ensure platform reliability and business continuity. Collaborate with project teams to support the onboarding of new services and technical components.

Requirements 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS . 3+ years of development experience with Python . 3+ years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ). 3+ years of experience automating CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps Pipelines . You have experience setting up and maintaining central hosting platforms within a hub-spoke architecture. You possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset suitable for an Agile and DevOps culture. You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level. Nice to Haves 3+ years of experience with AWS CLI . 3+ years of experience with Control Tower , SCP , Security Hub , GuardDuty , and IAM . 1+ years of experience managing container orchestration systems such as ECS Fargate , Kubernetes , or Docker . Knowledge of PostgreSQL , MSSQL , or MongoDB administration. Experience with information classification frameworks and security standards.
