Sr. Manager Operations - Plant Head

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial operations. Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations in an engineering or industrial environment. Significant experience managing cross-functional teams and complex operational challenges. Experience in production planning, process optimization, quality management, and operational excellence initiatives. Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and deliver business results. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
