TRADES TECH I

Under administrative direction, the purpose of the position is to perform administrative and supervisory work in the planning, organization, coordination, direction and implementation of school district maintenance, repair and construction activities associated with facilities maintenance and/or one (1) or more of the craft civil or mechanical trades. Such areas include, but are not limited to, HVAC, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, asphalt and concrete, refrigerant recovery and recycling, roofing, property control/warehousing, and communication systems.
