Clinical Project Manager – Behavioral Health Catholic Health Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Project Manager – Behavioral Health to oversee the daily operations of the agency’s Behavioral Health Home Care Program. This position provides clinical and operational leadership to Behavioral Health Nursing staff while supporting the coordination, quality, safety, and continuity of care for patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
